I am disappointed with the recent experience I had with Postmates on 11/12 when I tried to order from Taco Bell. The delivery driver was unable to complete the delivery after claiming my card was declined, although I had already been charged by Postmates. He showed up at my door nearly 2 hours later, long after I had eaten elsewhere. Despite the inconvenience, I was only offered a $3 credit, which I find insufficient. I request a full refund instead of a credit due to the miscommunication that led to this situation. Thank you.

I have been experiencing extreme frustration with the Postmates customer service. It has been difficult to find an email contact on the website or app. It is essential to have accessible customer support for retaining customers. Yesterday, I placed an order for $27, and upon revisiting the app to provide a tip, I was charged $36 before the tip. How can there be a 33% discrepancy in prices? Additionally, I have noticed three charges on my card for a single order, each around the total amount. This multiple charging situation is concerning. I feel let down as a customer, especially when other companies in the market manage their charges competently. I urgently need clarification on this issue regarding my money. If there is a customer service phone number available, I would appreciate speaking with someone directly to resolve these problems efficiently.

Hello, my name is Breanna, and I placed an order on Postmates at 11 am with an estimated delivery time of 20 to 44 minutes. However, my food didn't arrive until 1:30 pm. I noticed my driver going from one Denny's to another on the app, so I contacted them to inquire if they were lost. They mentioned my order wasn't at either Denny's, so I directed them to the correct location. Finally, they retrieved my food and delivered it. Upon arrival, instead of meeting Jeremy C., I encountered a woman with a child in the car who claimed to be Jeremy's mother taking over his deliveries. Unfortunately, my food was cold, my order was incorrect, and my drink lacked ice and tasted watered down instead of being strawberry lemonade. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I now request a refund. This encounter has led me to reconsider using Postmates in the future.

Hello, my name is Sandra. I am reaching out regarding an order I placed with Postmates on November 11th. I ordered barbecue from Phillips BBQ. There was a blackout at their place, so they advised me to cancel the order. A Postmates representative called me, supposedly from Kansas City Council, and I canceled the order. However, money was taken from my account. I believe the city was actually Kentucky. I am requesting a refund of $11.52. This was my first time using your service, and with no available phone number, I had to communicate via email. I find it frustrating that I was able to receive a call to cancel the order due to a blackout, yet I cannot contact you for a refund. Please return the money to my account promptly, or I will have to take further action. At this point, I am hesitant to continue using Postmates.

I recently ordered food from Sugar and Spice for my family, paid for the order, and had a delivery time set for 9:40 pm. Unfortunately, when I went outside to wait, the delivery never arrived. The tracking showed the car driving around but no actual delivery. When I tried to call the driver, there was no response, and they marked the order as delivered before driving away without contacting me. This disappointing experience has happened before, and it is likely the last time I will be using this app. I am hoping to receive a refund for the undelivered order. It's frustrating to be left hungry and out of pocket due to such unacceptable service.

I have recently noticed that I was billed twice for my last two orders. I have tried reaching out through the Postmates app by sending several emails. I've also attached screenshots from my bank statement showing double charges for my KFC order ($46.24) and Montes de Oca order ($77.64). This situation is unacceptable. It's concerning that I've been double-charged for each order, and it amounts to over $[redacted] that I cannot access because of these erroneous charges. It's understandable to make a mistake once, but being charged double on two separate orders on different days is not an error; it's theft. I am requesting a refund for the overcharged amount immediately.

I ordered [redacted] Chick-fil-A sandwiches, 50 orders of 8-count nuggets, [redacted] fries, and a sweet tea on Postmates at 10:30. By 11:15, my order was delayed, and I had to repeat it multiple times over the phone with the Postmates delivery person. At 11:40, there was an issue with the pre-paid card, leading to a $[redacted] hold on my credit card. I had to provide my credit card details to the store separately. I am frustrated with the handling of my order, as it took longer than if I had picked it up myself. Today, I tried ordering from Postmates for the first time and I must say, I am quite disappointed. I placed an order for a Bacon Cheeseburger and Cajun Fries from Five Guys. Specifically, I requested extra cheese and grilled onions on my burger and nothing else. I double-checked my order in the app, and my request was accurately shown. To my dismay, what I received was a burger loaded with tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and drenched in mayonnaise. This is concerning for me as I have an allergy to egg whites. Consuming this burger unknowingly could lead to a severe allergic reaction where my throat could close up. I normally tip in the app right after receiving my food delivery from services like Uber Eats and Seamless. Regrettably, I did the same today, and I wish I hadn't done so. I cannot eat this burger. On Wednesday, November 14th, I placed an order for Trujillo’s Mexican Food around 10:45 pm. By midnight, I received a call from a delivery person claiming to be downstairs, only to realize I had provided the wrong address. Despite requesting a slight detour to the correct location due to safety concerns, the delivery individual declined without explanation. After several unsuccessful attempts to coordinate, I was left with no choice but to go pick up my order, defeating the purpose of using Postmates. Unfortunately, even after heading out to the agreed-upon location, the delivery person did not respond, leaving me without my meal.

Order number [redacted]15: We placed an order with Pei Wei around 8:45 pm, expecting a delivery by 9:25 pm. However, by 9:50 pm, Postmates driver Zoe called to say that Pei Wei was closed. Zoe claimed she had just received the job and couldn't provide information on getting a refund. It seemed dishonest as she later contradicted herself when asked for her name, first introducing herself as Zoe and then as Silvia. We are now out $30 and left with no other food options as everything is closed. This situation needs to be resolved promptly.

Since moving to Oregon in September [redacted], I've had to cancel my Postmates account due to their services not being available in my area. Recently, I discovered unauthorized charges on my bank statements totaling $[redacted].87 from September [redacted] to November [redacted], as well as additional unauthorized charges of $39.39 and $20.04. These charges have caused issues with my bank account. I never authorized Postmates to debit these amounts from my card. I request a full refund for all these unauthorized charges immediately. Furthermore, I do not have an active account with Postmates, so I am unsure how my card information was accessed. I urgently need to ensure that my card is no longer linked to any Postmates account. As a Postmates delivery person using an Android device, specifically a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, I've been encountering severe GPS and mapping issues while using the app "Feelt." Unlike iPhone users who have not reported any problems, the software interferes with my phone's physical GPS, inaccurately placing me in the ocean, atop mountains, or located [redacted] miles from my actual position. This causes major inconveniences for all parties involved, including missed pickups and deliveries, resulting in no payment for either of us, restaurants not preparing orders, and customers left without their food. The situation frequently leads to unnecessary waiting times and frustrations, such as driving from Santa Monica to Pasadena, around a 45-mile journey, to pick up an order. The lack of effective communication from Feelt raises concerns about operational practices. I urge for acknowledgment of this issue and seek alternative solutions to address these ongoing problems. -Jalal

I'm feeling unwell with the flu and decided to order food delivery for the night. I provided instructions through text about guest parking and how to reach my unit, but the driver claimed not to have received the message and insisted I come down to meet him. Explaining my sickness, I requested if he could come up instead. However, he became aggressive, citing many orders. After an exchange where he raised his voice, I agreed to come down. When I reached the ground floor, he was in the wrong building across the street. Upon finding him and requesting him to stop shouting due to my illness, the situation escalated with him not giving me my food and continuing to yell. Eventually, I took what I hoped was my order from his car and left hurriedly. The whole experience has left me shaken and disappointed as I'm sick and just wanted a smooth and warm meal.

I placed an order at Local Blue Line Pizza at 5:36 PM for a delivery by 6:36 PM. However, each time I checked the app, the delivery time kept getting pushed back. By 7 PM, it was delayed by an additional hour. After contacting Blue Line Pizza, I was informed that my order was submitted but the pizza details were unclear. They tried to confirm the order with Postmates but received no response, so they hadn't started making the pizza. I was not informed about any of these issues and find this level of service unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and do not plan on using Postmates again, and I will advise my friends against it as well. I am looking for a response and some form of compensation for the lack of professionalism and attention to detail in this situation.

I have been waiting for well over 2 hours for an order that should've only taken 40 minutes. I called the restaurant, and they informed me that the Postmates driver had already picked up the order and left without paying for the food. I am extremely frustrated with the recent issues I've had with Postmates. The lack of training for drivers is unacceptable. I would like to cancel my membership right away. It is disappointing that phone calls are not an option, and I am required to email my concerns. I have received multiple orders that were inedible due to driver errors, and being credited only $5.00 is not sufficient. I demand to speak with a representative over the phone regarding my complaint. Please provide me with a contact number as soon as possible.

I received a frozen, I mean frozen, icicle-filled egg roll. It seems like they pulled it out of the freezer and just put it in a bag. My chicken wasn't cooked to the proper temperature; I saw blood running through it after I had already eaten a whole piece. The French fries were raw, mushy, and not cooked all the way through. This is a clear Food Code Violation. This situation is unacceptable, and I would like more to be done about it. I value my time, money, and food. I appreciate Postmates for their services, but this is not acceptable. This is my third email to the company, and no one seems to be taking it seriously. I would like a refund and for the company to acknowledge that they are not cooking their food properly.

I waited for more than two hours for my order. I tried to reach out to cancel, but due to your strict cancellation policy after waiting so long, I couldn't. Placed my order in the early AM between 12am and 1am. Upon calling the restaurant, I found out the order was ready but still had to wait. When I finally got my food, it was all cold and inedible, leaving me very disappointed. I want a full refund of $17.47 as I couldn't enjoy what I paid for. This terrible experience has made me decide not to use Postmates again. I wish to have my card credited back for this unsatisfactory service.

My last delivery on 11/18/[redacted] was inaccurate. Despite the app indicating I was not at the correct restaurant, I was indeed at the right place where I waited for over 40 minutes at a high-end restaurant for the food. I received only $4 for the delivery as the drop-off was close to the restaurant, but I was not compensated for the time spent waiting. I am requesting payment for the 40+minute wait as per the usual compensation. Postmates should adjust the payment based on when my vehicle was stationary on the app for over 40 minutes. I recently placed an order through the 7NOW App (#[redacted][redacted]) for delivery via Postmates. Despite waiting for over an hour and a half past the promised delivery time of 3:04am, I received a call from the Postmates driver explaining that the Postmates platform had issues and my order was not available for delivery. By 4:30am, I decided to cancel the order since it was placed at 2:30am. I faced difficulty in canceling as I ordered through 7NOW which limited my control over the Postmates side. I later received a notification at 6am stating my order was delivered, despite no food being received. The lack of communication and being charged for an undelivered order was frustrating. I am seeking a refund and hope for improved service in the future. Apologies for the lengthy message.

My Postmates delivery was significantly delayed. The delivery person who arrived was not the same individual as the one displayed on the profile. Instead of the expected woman, a strange man showed up at my door with a Taco Bell bag, which was incorrect as I had ordered from Popeyes. Despite my clarification, he initially insisted it was my order. After I showed him the correct order, he returned to his car where his friend handed him an already opened bag that appeared tampered with. Due to these concerns, I discarded the food untouched due to its coldness and questionable condition. Dissatisfied with this experience, particularly as a premium Postmates member, I am considering cancelling my membership and refraining from using their service in the future. I am requesting a full refund as this situation is unacceptable.
