Despite my efforts to address the issue of my damaged order caused by the delivery person, I have not received any updates or information regarding the credit promised. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service provided. It has been frustrating to have to contact multiple individuals within your company to seek resolution. I have already shared pictures of the damaged items with your team members, but I am still awaiting a response regarding the credit refund. Last night, I placed an order with Stake and Shake. I requested a burger with fries, a grilled cheese with fries, two cookies, a chocolate milkshake, and a sweet tea. Unfortunately, the delivery person was hard to understand, took over 10 minutes to arrive, and when he did, he handed me the wrong order. I did not receive the cookies or milkshake that I paid for. Additionally, the food I received was cold. When I placed the order through Postmates, there was an offer for free delivery if I added 99 cents to my order. My total should have been around $19, but I was charged $32, and the order amount changed after $23, so I did not get the free delivery as promised. I am disappointed with the service and food quality. I am requesting a refund and a resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I encountered an issue while trying to place my food order. Upon payment submission, a blue screen appeared stating that they were aware of the problem and fixing it. The site instructed me to return in 4 minutes, but even after refreshing and trying a new window, the website was still down. I assumed my order didn't go through. Over an hour later, I received a call about my order at the door, even though I never got a confirmation via app or email. When I explained the situation to the driver and requested to speak with a supervisor, he seemed unsure of what to do. After contacting via email, I was informed they would charge me in full despite not receiving the food. I provided screenshots of the error message and receipts and reiterated I didn't receive my order due to their technical error. I received conflicting responses from different representatives, with no clear resolution timeline. I'm disappointed by the unprofessional handling of the situation and lack of communication about the refund process.

Hello, I'm Christine, the owner of Pepper Asian Bistro 2. Today we received an order from a Postmates driver named Angela at [redacted]. Unfortunately, when she tried to pay for the food using the Postmates debit card, it was declined. Angela mentioned she was waiting for a few minutes, but when we tried again, it was still declined. Before leaving, I received a call from another Postmates representative who said they would arrange for someone to pick up the food. However, no one came, and the person did not call back as promised. I tried calling their number at [redacted], but no one answered. The order was only $22.09, but it's disappointing to see the food go to waste. I am looking for a reasonable explanation for this situation.

I have noticed unauthorized delivery charges on my credit card statement from a San Francisco, CA area code while I am located in Orlando, FL. I have already disputed these charges with my credit card company. It is important to ensure that further charges are prevented from this location. I am Jamie Cross, and the card is registered under my father's name, Tommy Cross. I believe there may have been a security breach as deliveries are being made thousands of miles away from the cardholder's location. This lack of security measures is concerning, and I urge you to address this issue promptly. I have decided to cease using your services due to this incident and would like my account to be locked. I ordered Little Caesars Pizza through your Postmates app, but the driver never delivered it to my correct address, even though I provided the right details including my apartment number. When I tried to reach out to the driver, I couldn't get through via phone or text as the calls went to voicemail, and texts failed to send. I waited outside my apartment to no avail. I feel disappointed by the lack of effort and professionalism shown by the driver. I kindly request a refund so I can purchase food from another source. It's frustrating to experience such poor service when there was no attempt made by the driver to confirm the address with me.

I received my order confirmation for Oregano's Pizza Bistro at [redacted] E Speedway Blvd in Tucson, AZ under the name Amy Aslaksen. Unfortunately, the order I received was incorrect. After contacting Oregano's, they explained that the mistake occurred when the Postmates delivery person picked up the wrong order. I intended to address an erroneous delivery charge but due to the order mix-up, I couldn't report it. I am disappointed with this experience and do not plan to use this service in the future. I have extensive retail experience spanning over 20 years, and I find it unacceptable that there is no direct contact number provided for filing complaints or feedback. Additionally, I find it frustrating that the ratings reflect on the restaurant rather than the Postmates delivery service.

I was charged over sixty dollars for a large pepperoni pizza and a two-liter soda. I placed an order around 11 p.m. on Saturday, November 10th. I initially ordered the pizza, then cancelled it and re-ordered with a two-liter soda. After accepting, it turned out the system only registered two orders of soda. I had to cancel again and reorder the pizza with just one two-liter soda. Despite making a claim for a refund, I was still overcharged. The total should have been less than twenty dollars, even with the two cancelled orders (the second cancellation was due to the app mistakenly adding two sodas instead of a soda and a pizza).

I need assistance with a complaint regarding false advertisement from a merchant named "Busy Bee Cafe and Chester Chicken." After ordering food, I realized it was not authentic and the portion was incorrect. The restaurant claimed they didn't offer the items I ordered. Upon investigation, I discovered the food was from a gas station posing as a different eatery. I believe this is fraudulent activity and I am disappointed in the deception. I placed an order with Mexicocina today, and the order was confirmed, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery. Initially, it showed Jack as the delivery person, but later it changed to Terance without my input. When I contacted Terance, he said he was already heading to Mexicocina. However, he later called to inform me that upon arrival, the restaurant staff mentioned that my food had already been collected by someone else. Sadly, I never received my order, and I was still charged on my card. I am requesting a refund for this unfortunate situation.

I encountered issues with ordering from Discount Liquors last night. I faced difficulties checking out after adding items to my cart. I recently placed an order for 4 sushi rolls via Postmates. Upon checkout, the total shown was $68.61, but my card was charged $83 temporarily. Subsequently, the total changed to $99, with Postmates attributing the increase to the restaurant. Upon checking the receipt, I realized the restaurant included a fifth sushi roll not in my order. Although I ordered 4 rolls through Postmates, the restaurant charged me for 5, leading to the extra cost. The restaurant error resulted in me paying for an additional roll, which I couldn't consume due to allergies. Postmates needs to refund the charge for the extra roll, as it was not part of my order and was a mistake by the restaurant.

Pre-ordered items are quicker to deliver as the driver simply picks them up and heads to your location. Be patient, especially if you are far away, as traffic and road conditions can also affect delivery times. Additionally, remember that some customers may not tip even if the service is good, assuming the cost covers it or that a tip is already included. It's also common for people to leave negative feedback without valid reasons. As a driver, take any low ratings as a chance to improve. Find out why the rating was low and use it as feedback to enhance your customer service skills.

As a Postmates delivery driver, I encountered some difficulties with fulfilling an order recently. I waited in line at the store for approximately 5 minutes and then attempted to place the order online from my car but faced challenges with the process. I then spent about 10 minutes on the phone trying to order the food. Despite my efforts, I was unable to complete the order for the customer. I contacted them to explain the situation, apologized, and proposed cancelling as it had already been close to 30 minutes of waiting time. I believe that it would be more efficient for Postmates drivers to have the option to call ahead and place orders or for customers to order online to streamline the process and reduce waiting times. The current method of ordering, waiting, and delivering is quite time-consuming.

Hello, my name is Tanya Barrow and I recently started working as a driver for Postmates over the weekend. I received an email indicating that my ratings are low. One of the reasons for this might be because I haven't been provided with a bag to keep the food warm/cold, which could be impacting the customers' satisfaction. Additionally, I encountered an issue yesterday with stacked rides from Tony Ps. After picking up an order from Burger Lounge, the restaurant mistakenly gave the order to another Postmates driver, causing a 15-minute delay. This delay resulted in a very long wait time for the customer who ordered from Tony Ps. The support button doesn't seem to be an effective means of communication. I simply want to express my concerns and clarify that these delays were not my fault. There were multiple occasions where I had stacked orders but had to wait for the food, leading to extended delivery times.

I placed an order for lunch hours ago, but it never arrived. I only had enough money on my debit card for one transaction, so now I don't have funds to reorder. I shouldn't have to pay twice for food that was never delivered. I need a credit to cover the cost of the original order that went unfulfilled. I have been trying to get a hold of the Postmates representative, but they haven't responded adequately. The $10 credit they offered is not sufficient to cover the cost of my initial order. I am extremely hungry and unwell at home, and this situation has caused me great inconvenience. I just want to receive the food I ordered without having to pay for it again.

I am currently staying in a motel with 24-hour desk staffing. I used the Postmates app to order food from Taco Bell and was given an estimated delivery time. Shortly before that time, I received a text stating my delivery had arrived. Despite this, I couldn't find the Postmate outside my room when I checked. As I walked to the office to inquire with the front desk clerk, I received a notification on the app confirming the delivery. However, upon reaching the motel office, the clerk informed me that no food delivery had been made. It seems that the delivery driver may have handed the order to someone else staying at the motel. I reported the issue through the app, but the response from Postmates was not satisfactory.

I recently started working with Postmates and generally I am satisfied with the app and the company. However, I encountered an issue during a food pickup at Farm Burger in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. The parking situation was problematic as all take-out parking spaces were taken by a valet service charging $20 or more for parking. They requested delivery drivers to park in the deck, which meant a trip to the third level and back down, sometimes leading to delays and cold food upon arrival. This setup impacts our tips, which are crucial for our earnings. To improve the experience for everyone, I suggest implementing an express pickup area at such locations. On 11/13/[redacted] at 10:51am, I placed an order for lunch through Postmates. After receiving an initial confirmation email, a hold of 10.24 was placed on my payment card. Despite an estimated delivery time of 11:15, there were delays, leading to a lack of communication until 12:45 when a new estimated time of 12:55 was provided. I received a notification that my order had arrived, but my food was nowhere to be found. Contacting the restaurant revealed that my order was picked up hours prior. Despite sending three emails to Postmates with no response, my issue remains unresolved. This level of service is unacceptable.

I ordered no meat for religious reasons, and I received meat on three-quarters of my items. This is incredibly disrespectful. As a Postmates Unlimited member who paid over $20 for this order, I expect better. I couldn't eat any of it, and it's frustrating. I demand a refund for the entire meal. This mistake has happened multiple times before, and it's insane. With my busy schedule and dietary restrictions, this error messed up my entire day. I can't even enjoy dinner after a long day because my order is never right. If this isn't resolved within a week, I demand a full refund of my Postmates Unlimited membership due to the repeated mistakes with my dietary restrictions.
