I made an order for the Mexican restaurant Alberto's and waited over ** minutes only to get a call from the post mates driver, saying that the restaurant did not have my order. I paid over $** dollars for my order and did not get my money back, only a$* dollar credit was put to my post mates account. This is ridiculous I want my money back. The $* does not even cover delivery fee because the fees are more than that. I would like to speak to a representative as soon as possible because its not the first time my order has been cancelled, but the previous times I have gotten my money back. Why not this time?
