Yesterday I ordered food from Longhorn now on Longhorn menus the rates are a lot different than they say on the website they told me that my delivery is free but then charge me $* for taxes which is unreasonable then they put a hold on my card for $** which is $** more than what the actual food cost they don't tell you this before they charge your card they just charge your card the food gets here it's cold and it's disgusting I tried to contact them do their little app but no one has responded to me I am disgusted and I want a refund
GetHuman-onlydope did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
