Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-trazelma will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-trazelma's own words
I placed an order with Asian Panda Chinese Restaurant. The order was accepted and an expected delivery time was given. Before the delivery time, the Postmates fleet driver called me and said that the restaurant was closed and I needed to cancel my order. He also sent me a text message telling me to cancel the order because he wasn’t able to cancel it. After I cancelled the order, Postmates sent me an email stating that I would be charged for the order since the order was “being prepared” and they had to pay the merchant. If the restaurant was closed, the order couldn’t have been prepared. I am requesting a refund.
GetHuman-trazelma did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
