I am a fleet member and I had a bad experience locating the restaurant to pick up the delivery. It does not exist at the address given. I did not know what to do so I canceled the delivery. I tried to email for support which did not help. My issue was not listed. I do not want this to impact my rating negatively. There is not enough support for the driver and very little guidance. I’d still would like to deliver and don’t want to be deactivated. Very frustrated.
GetHuman-strencha did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
