My recent meal delivery arrived late, and the burritos appeared to have bites taken out of them with one of the drinks partially consumed or spilled in the bag. The packaging was compromised, causing leakage. This incident made my sister and me wary of consuming the items. I have photographic evidence of the mess. I am disappointed as I expressed my concerns in the app but never received a call back as promised. I am seeking a $42.03 refund for the unsatisfactory meal that led us to purchase an alternative meal on top of that. Additionally, the Uber driver who delivered my order abruptly hung up during a call, adding to the poor experience. Your prompt response to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm Angel Moses. Last night, I placed two food orders and didn't receive either. One order didn't come, and the second one, which included wine, was also missing. My mother tried to call the service this morning, but no one contacted me. I'm frustrated and just want a refund for both orders. Hi, this is Angel Moses. I wanted to share an experience I had yesterday. My mom and I were waiting for food to be delivered after I placed an order. When I got back home late at night and asked my mom if she had eaten, she hadn't received the food and said she had been trying to contact the delivery service to find out where it was. She paid for the orders with her card, but the delivery never arrived. As a Postmates driver myself, I understand how this process works. However, I'm concerned about why both orders were not delivered. It's frustrating for my mom to have her money taken without receiving the food she ordered. I recently subscribed to Postmates Unlimited for a year but have been disappointed with the service. Firstly, there is a discrepancy between the website, which states the cart subtotal for free delivery is $15, and the app, which says $20. This difference mattered to me when I signed up. Secondly, I live in Rogers Park, IL, where only Subway is available, limiting my food options. I signed up expecting a variety of choices at a good price, but that hasn't been the case. I mainly end up ordering from Subway, which doesn't make the subscription useful for me. As a long-time customer, I request a refund for the yearly subscription and am willing to pay the delivery fees for my last two orders. I hope we can find a resolution to this issue.

Today, I placed an order for sushi from Ichima Sushi in Pasadena, CA, using Postmates. Unfortunately, the order was canceled, stating that "the vendor couldn't make this delivery." Despite the cancellation, I was still charged. I contacted the manager at the restaurant, who informed me they were not involved in the cancellation. This incident has left me disappointed as my previous experience with Postmates for the same restaurant was excellent. Despite this setback, I will explore other delivery services in the future. This was my first and last encounter with Postmates, as an elderly customer. I am now seeking a full refund for my order, which I plan to reorder and pick up in person later today. The lack of a contact number for customer support is disappointing and unprofessional.

I am Tracy V. I placed an order with Cheesecake Factory via Postmates. I requested spinach instead of asparagus and EXTRA sauce on my Herb Crusted Salmon Dinner. However, my meal arrived with NO SAUCE. I contacted the Cheesecake Factory, spoke to manager Nina, who stated the error was on Postmates as they inputted the order incorrectly. Despite requesting extra sauce, it was missing entirely. Nina mentioned that Postmates should issue a credit. The dish was dry and inedible without the sauce, leaving me and my child without a proper meal. This experience is frustrating and unfortunately not uncommon with Postmates. My girlfriend placed an order at Angelina's Pizzeria in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Decatur. Unfortunately, the Postmates driver, Anthony M., delivered the food to the wrong address. Despite several attempts to contact him, he ignored her messages. When he did respond, he claimed he had already dropped off the food, but she never received it. His car also disappeared from the GPS tracking. We are seeking a resolution for this issue - I believe a refund and appropriate action regarding the driver are necessary. After waiting for over an hour and having to reorder because the driver had issues with his card, I received an incorrect order missing the boneless wings I had ordered. Even after reordering, the driver was late and left before I could collect my food. I couldn't reach them to resolve the issue. I had ordered a 2 for 20 deal, and I am disappointed with the service as I received ribs instead of what I ordered, which I do not eat. The pasta in one part of my order was correct, but the other was not. I am very dissatisfied and am considering not using this app again. Can I please receive a full refund or a credit to my account so I can take my business elsewhere due to this poor experience on both ends?

Yesterday was my first day working for your company. I picked up the wrong item for a customer, realized my mistake, returned it, and got a refund. When I tried to purchase the correct item, my card was declined. I then canceled the order through the fleet app, explaining why I couldn't deliver it. Despite returning the item and sending a picture of the refund receipt, my account has been locked or deactivated. I have emailed multiple times seeking assistance as it seems my account needs attention. I did everything I could to rectify the situation, but I am currently unable to work due to these issues. I attempted to instant cash out but was unsuccessful, with PayPal having no record of receiving the funds. Additionally, there are payments missing for jobs completed. Despite efforts from specialists, the matter remains unresolved. It seems necessary to escalate this matter to prevent future occurrences. I am urging someone from the accounting or finance department to contact either myself or PayPal promptly. It is crucial to ensure that workers' wages are handled correctly. I need to update the email address associated with my account from [redacted] to my new email [redacted] as I can't access the old account anymore. My phone number has changed to ([redacted])-[redacted], and I need it updated in the system too. A friend has been getting special promotions from Postmates after completing sign up, but I've only received the regular extra earnings per delivery for the past 2 months. Is there a specific reason for this? Also, I'm planning to work in Seattle, do I need to update my app to reflect that location? I appreciate your help. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Sahil Sodari Chhetri. I work as a Postmates delivery driver. While making a delivery yesterday, I encountered an issue with my Postmates prepaid card. Despite receiving an additional $60 on the card after reporting the problem on the app, the total transaction amount was $93.65, causing the card to be declined multiple times. I ended up using my personal bank account to cover the difference. I submitted the receipt through the app which reflects the use of my personal card instead of the Postmates prepaid card. The total amount spent was $93.65, which is a significant sum for me. I have reached out to Postmates support via email but have not received a response yet. On October 24th, I made a purchase from 7-Eleven. My order consisted of 2 mini tacos at $4 each, 1 Lipton Brisk Lemon Tea for $0.99, 1 sausage, egg & cheese biscuit at $1, 1 Chobani Greek yogurt 5.3 oz for $1.59, 1 Smuckers grape jelly bottle 20 oz for $3.69, and 1 Chicken Caesar salad priced at $4.29. The total amount was $16.44, including a $3.99 delivery fee. Even though my Postmate informed me that some items were not available and assured me I wouldn't be charged, the full amount was deducted from my account. It has been 5 days since then, and I have not seen a refund. This experience has left me disappointed and inconvenienced. I hope to receive a prompt reimbursement for the missing items. I have been trying to reach out multiple times, but now I feel the need to call. I was assured that I would receive a phone call or email within 24 hours, yet I have not received any communication. I placed an order on Saturday, October 27th, with a delivery time frame of 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately, the delivery took about an hour, causing my food to arrive cold and my drink ice to have melted. I typically use Postmates for deliveries under an hour, so experiencing this delay was disappointing. When a delivery window is stated as 20-30 minutes, it is crucial to uphold that promise. Waiting an additional 30 minutes for an update on my order's whereabouts is inconvenient and frustrating.

Today, I had an issue with a Postmates delivery. The delivery person got lost on campus and did not communicate effectively. Despite my attempts to assist over the phone, they claimed they tried to contact me and left without delivering. Postmates refused to refund me for the charge, which I find completely unacceptable. Yesterday, on 10/29/18 at 10:03 pm, I was informed by Postmates that my order from a Greek restaurant was canceled, and I would be refunded to a different Postmate card. They requested my fleet username and password for the adjustment and sent two emails for verification. Today at 3:45 pm, when I tried to cash out my earnings from deliveries, I noticed no deposit in my bank account 45 minutes later. Despite an email at 4:16 pm confirming a $99.42 deposit, checking my account revealed nothing. After checking the fleet app, I discovered someone else's card information linked to my account. I feel like I was hacked by an imposter posing as Postmates, and I am now missing the hard-earned money I depended on. As a single mom providing for my 5-year-old daughter, I urgently seek assistance and reimbursement for my lost funds from this troubling situation.

I have not received my order. Despite reporting the issue, I received a rude email from them stating they would still charge me. As my children needed to eat and we do not have a refrigerator, I reordered the meal through the app. I have been a loyal customer to Postmates, spending a significant amount of money. I am disappointed by this experience and intend to share my negative feedback on various platforms. It is clear the delivery person did not come close to my location, which should be verifiable. I had a frustrating experience with a Postmates driver who couldn't find my apartment and overcharged me. After discussing the pricing discrepancy, I tried to guide him to my location as GPS doesn't work accurately there. Despite my efforts to help, he became aggressive, demanded my address repeatedly, and eventually hung up, falsely claiming the delivery was made and charging my card $90.
