I've been in back-and-forth communication with Postmates and their help team period for the past * weeks about an issue about paying me. Before they rolled out their instant pay three deposits were made to my old bank account that got closed. After being closed I was not able to access any of the money that was sent to my account Chase told me that I need to get in contact with Postmates and they will get me my money. I've explained this to Postmates and for two weeks they've been avoiding responding clearly they've asked for my ID they've asked for a lot of things that they need for the process to go through but I've seen nothing happen and here I am two weeks later I just asked for my money again with more detail and they respond with a automated response. I really don't want to get my lawyer involved but I will if necessary
