Good afternoon,**We ordered from Ming’s Dynasty today (*********) and when the driver was one minute away, I stepped outside to wait for the driver. I was notified that the driver arrived, but did not see a car. There is a back enterence to our building, so I checked there too. I took out my phone to text the driver, and saw a missed call from a Greensboro, NC number, and the time stamp showed I missed the call by less than a minute. **I attempted to call back but it would not allow me to, saying it was not able to complete the call. I went into the app to contact the driver that way, and when I clicked Contact Driver, it would not let me choose text or phone. I exited out, re-opened the app, and saw that the driver marked it as delivered. I was standing outside the whole time and saw no cars enter my parking lot, or parked across the street in the back of our apartment. I submitted a problem to postmates, and when I checked back, they had “resolved” it without contacting me. **Given that I was outside, waiting, and never saw the driver, and that the driver contacted me *-* minutes after “arriving”, giving me no time to try to contact them, I’d like a refund. We use Postmates regularly, and this is the first time this has ever happened (and the first problem of any kind we have had with postmates) . **What it comes down to is that I didn’t receive my food, my driver made very little effort and failed to deliver (despite having the door code), and I’ll need a refund for the Ming’s order.
