I placed a complaint ticket on an order that I made last night that was missing *** the ordered meals. I was over charged then charged again a different amount that included a DELIVERY FEE since the adjusted order was less than the original with the missing items, WHICH IS WRONG since I had made to the original order to the amount of free delivery and the mistake was not mine to pay for! THEN we had to wait an additional hour to receive food from a different restaurant to feed the rest of our family... this is unacceptable!!!!
