I ordered food from a local restaurant through the app around *:**pm on *******, the order was accepted with an ETA of ** minutes, and ** minutes into the order, it was unceremoniously cancelled for no reason whatsoever. If a Postmates employee accepts an order, they should follow through with the commitment and service agreed upon. This is completely unacceptable, and I would like to be credited to my account for the extreme inconvenience.
GetHuman-lapazcut did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
