Just get some **** food ... I no longer have a account with you because I set up a account on two different e-mails. You give two different ways to sign in and I apparently when I asked for a refund because some food was not delivered I was flagged for fraud. I was talking to someone who could hardly speak English and they misunderstood me. It seems like the only English word they understood was fraud. I got my service back up and used my debit card instead of my credit card then my service was cancelled again because my account linked my old card to my new one. You are getting screwed out of money by people who can't understand English. I order almost every day from door dash, grub hub and Uber eats. You have missed out on a lot of money and a lot of customers because I talk about what I eat on Facebook. Please resolve this so I can start buying donuts etc. No other place delivers donuts. And please make your drivers actually pick up the whole order and deliver it. I actually paid for a delivery and did not get it EVER.
Your people are ******** you out of money. They only know one English word...fraud. when you get money you are actually weakening the competition. There is only so much money to go around.
Just reset my account and quit having the system say I'm kicked out for fraud just because a driver went home with doughnuts I paid for and I had the nerve to contact you.
I ordered all the time almost every day and sometimes twice. Now that money goes to Uber
I tried emailing the **** out of them and they say it's fixed but I get a pop-up saying fraud.
