I placed my order over an hour and a half ago, but the website still shows it's being prepared. No Postmates driver has picked it up, and my delivery time is continuously pushed back. I reached out to the restaurant, and they hadn't even received my order. I now need to cancel through Postmates, but I'm being told there's a fee. I am extremely frustrated. I always order the same thing from Jersey Mike's - a #7 in a tub, Mike's way with extra onions and tomatoes. Despite specifying these details when ordering online, calling the store once before my order was made, and once while it was being prepared, my order was still incorrect. I paid extra for the convenience of delivery, only to wait an hour, call the store multiple times, provide detailed instructions, and still not receive what I ordered. This experience is unacceptable. I request a refund promptly; otherwise, I will dispute the charge. This misleading service has left me feeling scammed, and I will not use Postmates again.

I placed two orders on 9:22:18, but only one arrived, and the other never showed up despite an estimated delivery time of 30-45 minutes. When two hours passed and the order was still missing, I tried reaching out through the app, but it was difficult to contact customer service. The only option given was to cancel the order with a $4 charge. The restaurant confirmed they notified Postmates the order was ready at 3:30 pm, but no driver arrived by 5:50 pm. They offered a full refund but couldn't process it, suggesting I contact Postmates, which has no customer service phone number. This experience has left me frustrated, and I will not use this app again. I prefer services like Uber Eats and Grubhub for their easier customer support accessibility and direct communication with delivery drivers. On Friday, September 21st, at 1:10 pm, I accepted a delivery for Sal's Pizza at [redacted] Hillsboro Rd, #[redacted], Franklin, TN [redacted]. After driving 15 minutes to the restaurant, I was informed that even though the order was prepaid, they needed to make it, requiring an additional 10-12 minute wait. Upon receiving a text from the customer, phone number [redacted], inquiring about the delay, I relayed the message that her pizza was not yet ready. Upon discussing with the manager, I was informed that due to account clearance issues, the order had to be canceled. I updated the customer accordingly. The encounter was disappointing as I lost valuable time during peak hours and missed out on potential earnings. The situation was inconvenient for both the customer and myself.

Hello, I am writing to share my experience with Postmates. I recently completed my 24th delivery. Unfortunately, there was an incident that has affected my driver rating unfairly. On March 10, [redacted], around 11 PM, I accepted a delivery from McDonald's. However, the address provided by the app was inaccurate, leading me to a location without a McDonald's nearby. I then drove about a mile to the nearest McDonald's to pick up the order through the drive-thru since the store was closed. The Postmates card was declined twice, despite assurances from support that it would work. I had to explain the situation to the customer, as I was unable to complete the delivery. I kindly request to have this particular delivery removed from my record, as it was not a successful delivery and is impacting my rating unfairly. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

As a Postmates delivery driver, I recently had a customer, Brooke T., in the Bakersfield market who was somewhat dissatisfied because the strawberry banana drink she ordered was unavailable at McDonald's. I offered her a replacement smoothie, but she insisted on a refund. I informed her that I would report the issue to Postmates. I apologize for the oversight, as I was preoccupied in the restaurant and failed to address the unavailable item appropriately. I appreciate your understanding and hope I won't be penalized for this mistake, as it is the first error out of over [redacted] deliveries. It can be challenging to meet the high expectations of customers consistently, as some may be displeased regardless of the service provided. As a Postmates driver, yesterday I received a double order from Sicily's Pizza. Being new, I wasn't aware it was a double order until I delivered the first and realized it was incorrect. I then picked up the correct order and delivered it. Unfortunately, the second customer was upset about the delay and behaved inappropriately towards me, leading to a poor rating and a warning from Postmates about my account. I am seeking advice on how to address this situation as I believe it was a one-time issue with a difficult customer. Thank you.

I placed an order with Rosco's Fish and Wings in San Tan Valley, AZ, expecting delivery in 40 to 45 minutes. After an hour, there was no sign of it, and the status still showed 0 minutes. When I called, they mentioned that no driver had picked it up. So, I had to go get the order myself since there were no Postmates drivers available. Rosco's had to remake my food as it was unsalvageable, leading to an extra 15-minute wait for fresh food. This was inconvenient as my husband has diabetes and I recently had surgery. I am requesting a full refund of $38.30 to my debit card promptly, or I will have to leave a negative review regarding the failed delivery and service experience. Thank you, Yolanda.

Dear Postmates, I have tried multiple times to reach out through emails and calls, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. My Postmates delivery driver, Julio, delivered my order to the wrong address in a different neighborhood and city, which is not the address listed on my account. Despite the restaurant being just 2 miles away, the driver went across the city. As a result, I didn't receive my order, yet I was still charged. I believe there was a mix-up either due to the wrong address provided by Postmates or the driver's mistake. I would like to dispute this charge with my bank as I haven't had any luck resolving this issue directly with Postmates and Night Owl. I am very disappointed with this experience as a customer.

Hello, I noticed a $95.88 charge on my account for a Postmates Unlimited Subscription that I did not authorize. I deleted my account and the app after just one order. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 soups, but there was an issue with the amount reserved on my friend's card. After contacting the restaurant, we discovered they charged less than Postmates and did not have one of the soups. We tried to cancel, but the app indicated we would be charged the full amount without an option to resolve it. I attempted to contact customer service to no avail, leading my friend to file a fraud claim and cancel her card. I suggest canceling all charges. Jacqueline attempted to help but lacked a contact number. Please close my account as I cannot support the billing policies. A company should have accessible customer service for problem resolution.

This resulted in extra hassle as I had to reorder directly from the restaurant and send my husband to pick it up. My experience with ordering from you, specifically Tender Greens Culver City and El Rio Bravo in Los Angeles, has been riddled with problems. I'm losing confidence in your service due to these issues. To avoid incorrect orders, I suggest implementing a system like printing customer details on the bag for the drivers. This is not a problem when I order directly from restaurants that deliver, so it seems there's a flaw in your process. I made a confirmed online order with Postmates around 1:00-1:15 for delivery within 35-45 mins. However, by 2:00, my food had not arrived. When I called the pickup location, they had no order. A Postmate delivery person then called, mentioning that my order seemed to be canceled. Confused, I canceled the order. The pickup location later told me a different order was received at 2:30, not matching my selection. The Postmate representative promised to follow up, but no contact was made. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly so I can continue to enjoy ordering donuts, as no other service offers them for delivery. Additionally, I urge for better quality control to ensure complete order deliveries, as I previously did not receive an order despite paying for delivery.

I purchased a OneVanilla prepaid card to use on Postmates, only to discover that Postmates doesn't accept prepaid cards. I decided to buy a $25 gift card from the Postmates website, received the gift card code via email, inputted it on the promos and credits section, and tried to make a purchase about an hour later. However, when I attempted to apply the gift card code during checkout, it said it had already been applied. Although I hadn't used the code earlier and waited an hour before trying to order, my OneVanilla prepaid card balance was suddenly $0 instead of the initial $30, even though the gift card was only $25. I had not used the OneVanilla card before purchasing the gift card, and I never received my order due to the code issue. I am seeking a $30 refund to my OneVanilla prepaid card.

I tried buying 20 drinks from Starbucks but encountered an error message. I assumed it was too many for one driver and deleted the order, placing two separate orders of 5 drinks each. These two orders were delivered successfully. However, I received a call from a driver claiming to have 10 more drinks. The app gave me an error, which led to confusion. The driver had to return the 10 drinks, likely resulting in waste. I understand mistakes happen, but the app's functionality is problematic. It generates error messages, making customers think orders weren't placed, only to send them out regardless, leading to double orders. This situation is unacceptable. I will not pay for the second order and will dispute any charges unless credited back. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I ordered food for my family today. The Postmate did not arrive at my house, even though I had the front door wide open. Despite my efforts to check when they were supposedly arriving, they marked the order as delivered without actually bringing it. I reached out to customer service with proof of my text messages showing my attempts to communicate with the Postmate. However, their response was unsatisfactory as they stated they would still be charging me for the undelivered food. It seems unfair that we followed all the correct procedures, even trying to help the Postmate if they were lost, yet we are left without dinner and charged for a meal we never received. This situation is frustrating and unjust.

Hello, I placed an order on Postmates.com from a local restaurant yesterday. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order. I tried to contact the restaurant afterwards, but they did not answer the phone. I had called them before placing my order and they assured me they could fulfill it if I placed it before midnight. The order I received was kimchi soonduboo, which I ate, but it made me sick. I do not seek a full refund, as I ate the food, but the correct order would have cost around $14. complicating matters, the email linked to my Postmates app is incorrect.
