I ordered two separate orders on *:**:** and one order arrived while the other did not. The delivery estimated arrival time within **-** mins but nothing ever showed up. When it was about * hrs from the time I placed the order it still sent arrived so I tried to contact you guys through the app which was practically impossible and the only option was to cancel the order which came with a $* charge at which point I contacted the restaurant directly and they said that they informed post mates that the order was ready at ***pm and they notified post mates but no driver ever showed up and it was *** by time I got off the phone with them. They offered to refund the full amount but were unable to on their end and they suggested I call Postmates WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!!!!!!!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS APP. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED IT (per my fiends suggestion) AND IT WILL DEFINITELY BE THE LAST. ILL JUST STICK WITH UBER EATS AND GRUB HUB WHICH HAVE EASY ACCESS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS. I would like my money to be refunded in its entirety! With no charges to my account for the food that was NEVER DELIVERED or cancellation penalty fees.
