I placed an order at **:**am for estimated delivery **:**am. At **:**am, I called the restaurant since order status still reflected “preparing.” The restaurant had not received the Postmates order. While I was on the phone, the order was received by the restaurant - more than ** minutes after I placed it. It is now **:**am and the order still shows as “preparing” with no Postmate assigned. Postmates help articles lead customers in circles and never direct to a true*direct resolution. The “clock icon” referred to is not available in the current version of the app. I am extremely dissatisfied with Postmates, the handling of the issue, and the timeliness of both the company and the restaurant.
GetHuman-bxsun did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
