Since June **, **** I have been charged $*.** monthly for "POS DEBIT POSTMATES SUBSCRIPTION" followed by a city in California (I am from Seattle and only have used Postmates in Seattle). I have tried using your help before to cancel the subscription because I do not know what it is*when I signed up for the monthly charge but because it is on a debit card I do not frequently use, it has continued for over a year. I logged onto my Postmates app and followed your directions on how to cancel it but it shows that I am not signed up for a subscription anyways. I am a loyal and frequent Postmates user, I need someone to please help me cancel this payment for good and refund my monthly payments from the time it began! Please help me.
