Patronize Postmates through a trial period. I cancelled the trial. Due to dissatisfaction of Postmates services. After counseling the trial. I was then charged a $**.** subscription fee that I did not authorize. ... I signed up for a trial period on Postmates. I had a bad experience with a driver dropping my food on the ground and picking it up and delivering it to me instead of returning it back to the store. I cancelled my trial within the time allotted. I was later charged for a subscription fee. ($**.**) I need to get reimbursed for the subscription fee that I did not authorize on my card. I have sent several correspondences, with no reply to date, explaining my dissatisfaction with the Postmates services and my desire to no longer be a part of Postmates. My card has been fraudulently charged for a subscription fee that I did not authorize. I am handicapped unable to walk with one foot. If I was able to get my own food I would not have ever use their services. Had I known I would be fraudulently charged for subscription that I did not authorize I would not have used their services.
I need to be reimbursed for the last and final delivery that I had from Showmars restaurant in addition to the $**.** subscription fee that was charged to my credit card without authorization.
I have no doubt that I was a good customer of Postmates. The food that was dropped on the ground and picked back up and deliver it to me instead of returned back to the store I accepted the food. I did not argue with the driver. I did question her actions. But I did not retaliate in any way.
I have tried to fix this by sending several correspondences through the Postmates app as well as try to locate a phone number for Postmates. I have not shared this with social media yet. But being a person with a physical disability and handicap I don't believe that it would look very favorable for Postmates to take advantage of me. If social media got wind of this it would shed negativity on Postmates and that is not what I'm here to do. I would just like to be refunded for the last delivery that was made to me that I did not eat because the driver dropped my food on the ground as well as reimbursement for a fraudulent subscription fee of $**.** to Postmates that I did not authorize on my credit card.

My issues, today, has not been resolved. I am looking for an amicable and reasonable compensation from Postmates for a fraudulent credit card authorization for a $**.** subscription fee that they charge to my card after I cancelled my trial period.
