On **** at *:**pm, I placed an order from Bacalli Cafe for $**.**. My order was accepted with a delivery time of ** minutes. At *:** my delivery time was changed to *:**. I noted at that time the delivery driver was still in Altadena, according to your app. At that time my order was 'being prepared for pickup'. The car never left Altadena and the time kept counting down for delivery at *:**. I sent a text to the driver at *:** asking if he was picking up my order. I also called the restaraunt and they said they never received my order. At *:** I cancelled my order. The app states that I will be charged $**.** for cancelling my order. I should not be charged since I waitied for over an hour for delivery and never heard from the driver nor did I receive my food and there were no updates once the counter reached * minutes.
