I tried to set up a postmates online account. I developed a password, etc. But I then got a message that postmates would call me with a specific code that I was to then enter into the process, so that I could finish setting up my account. I waited for over ** minutes but there was no call. I went back and checked my phone number to make sure it was correct and I also selected the "call with the code again" option. I selected the phone phone option vs. my cell phone's text because I had the home phone in my lap--and I didn't even have the cell phone turned on. I expected to enter a credit card info etc. after I got the code, but I was completely halted in my sign-up process. Please help. I was recently discharged from the hospital where I spent about * months having * levels of amputations on my left leg--and I would really like to have some service like postmates available right now. Thanks.
GetHuman-jpbizz did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
