The issue in GetHuman-wardehja's own words
I picked up a delivery from the habit burger daly city and paid using postmates card. When i marked all items as "picked up" added the receipt supported with a picture, i couldn't continue the process when pressed on "complete pickup" because it was always saying "we are working on it.. try again soon". After waiting for ** minutes, i called the customer and asked for her location. I went there and delivered the food but the app was still saying the same. After all, the customer sent you an email that she has received the order and you called me to know about the problem where i talked to an employee and then to the manager. The manager told me that he will solve the problem but i still didn't get paid and it shows that the order was cancelled. Please note that this order took about * hour ** minutes to be done because of all this.
GetHuman-wardehja did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
