I agreed to try a * day free trial for the subscription. I hardly order from Postmates anymore so I was unaware that it would renew on its own. I did cancel the subscription, once I saw that I had been charged $**. I am requesting to get a full refund, since I have not used the benefits from the subscription. This is the second time I try to reach out. It has been more than ** hours and I have not been contacted to further discuss this issue. I am starting to get a little frustrated. I’d at least like an update. Thank you.
GetHuman-urquidez did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
