I’ve been driving for your company for the last couple months and do it because I need the money but there’s some major flaws in your system. At least ** times now, I’ve gotten to a storefront to find out that they have nothing on the menu the customer ordered. I understand every order can’t be perfect but my time is valuable. I canceled an order this morning after finding out they only had brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, after I had already spent a half an hour driving there and talking with the customer. Why do I not get at least the driver fee since opportunity cost teaches us I could have been doing something else and actually making money? It’s extremely frustrating to your work force. You probably have new people signing up everyday to drive so it’s no bother to you, but it’s very inconsiderate to your employees who are trying to get enough money to eat dinner tonight. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
