i was trying to deliver and get paid for postmates. ... Hello, My Name is Matthew Levin , i filled out an incident report already, i am a fleet driver. I delivered today from sugarfish and when i clicked deliver it took me to the main screen where it says "finding new orders" and the delivery i had just made, never showed up in my delivered section of the app.(possible outcome: there was not the best service but enough to where it should be just fine). But basically i am not getting paid either from the delivery or the tip which is not cool at all for the hour of my time i spent making this delivery!!!!!! I do have the receipt as well but am unsure how this can even help me. im not sure what the steps are to collect my payment but this is very frustrating so im going to try everything. please let me know if theres a way to actually get paid for your work. thank you. please contact me about this and i can give you any more information about my account that u may need to help me resolve this(billing address, receipt picture, etc.). my email is: M*****@***.com and my Phone number is: (***) ***-****
this was especially frustrating because the order i delivered was going to be the biggest order i have ever delivered at $***.**.
i would like to figure out how to appropriately get paid for the work i did.
ive been driving postmates for a few months now and have never had any huge problems in the past.
i have tried filling out the questionnaire on the fleet help cite as well.
I have an issue with Postmates.com too
How GetHuman1030179 fixed the problem
