Help with my Postmates.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-thachica's own words
Complete a delivery dispatched by Postmates and get paid properly for it. ... I accepted request, arrived at restaurant, verified order, paid for order, delivered order to requestor. As I left the requestor, I hit complete delivery in the app (probably at least an hour ago by now). I have not been credited ANYTHING in ANYWAY for completing this trip* it doesn't even show up under "Deliveries". On such a large order ($***), it's hard to miss and hard to just let disappear. I did my part properly and now it seems I'm being taken advantage of. I'm only wanting credit for work I've actually performed* it's not like the customer have a big cash tip* they didn't give me anything at all but a "thanks". And to have Postmates turn around and not credit me anything is unbelievably bad business!
Their payout process is already confusing. It's wasting time and gas to drive to a restaurant, wait, drive to customer, wait... then not get tipped OR paid anything!
I just want what I'm actually entitled to* proper pay for the delivery and any included tip. I did the work, I should get credit for it.
I'm an experienced delivery driver. I expect proper pay for proper work performed. I'm not negatively representing your service* this situation shines a negative light on your service.
Logging off and back on. Restarting app. Contacting fleet "support".
