Help with my Postmates.com issue

I tried to order online but it didn't go through. I downloaded the app and was able to order successfully. Now I have a second delivery driver that haa been sent to my location even though I only have one order placed and confirmed. Your system is trying to double charge me and that is fraud so I should not be seeing a second charge on my account and I do not want credit. I want to not be overcharged for the one order I placed successfully. Now I have received a text that my order was damaged, which it was (the taco was crushed and the cinnabon bites were strewn in the bag, not helped by the driver trying to get me to come out for my order). I'm extremely upset by your companies inadequate service tonight and want a representative to contact me by phone to explain this inconvenience
Overcharging is a form of fraud!!!

Has not been fixed and have seen no effort from the company thus far!!!
