I never signed up for a subscription yet I'm being billed $*.** every month. I haven't used this service once. I have tried logging into the app and canceling my subscription but I can't because ...I never signed up for one in the first place. I'm calling AMEX now and cancelling the reoccurring billing and I would like to hear back from postmates confirming the cancellation of my account. I would like a full refund.
GetHuman-jordanap did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
