I cancelled an unlimited trial offer the same night I opened it, when I cancelled the only order I ever made, writing an angry comment on the page where I cancelled the order that I wanted to cancel the whole subscription. Because it was a trial subscription there was a way to cancel and I used it. Now I see they have charged me $** as if I didn't cancel and can't find ny way to cntact by phone and when I use the online page https:**support.postmates.com*buyer*contact-us*cancel-postmate-unlimited and add an explanation where it says to report your issue under the cancel my subscription tab the submit button is grayed out and can't be used. I need a refund. I cancelled with a log comment explaining why (overcharge due to a previously undisclosed policy to charge a temporary authorization amount to what the order cost) and they ignored it. I was able from the order page to call on the telephone as well, where I also tried to cancel, but now I find no phone number to use.
GetHuman-ohleslie did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
