Order food ... I tried to order Panda Express but didn’t have enough in my account because they charge a “temporary authorization” fee for some reason but instead of just cancelling the transaction they charged me anyways so now I have a negative balance in my account and have received no refund nor any information.
That they actually stole money from me. They didn’t have to charge me because I didn’t even have enough for the transaction but instead they did anyways and now my account balance is negative and I’ve had zero type of refund or compensation. They also have labeled the problem as “fixed” but it has definitely not been fixed.
Refunding the money they stole from me. If I do not have the money soon I will be contacting authorities about the theft.
