Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-irisdaye will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-irisdaye's own words
To whom it may concern**I placed a order ******* at about * pm. I placed the order with enough time for delivery and any other mishaps along the way. The first notification say about **mins delivery time. Perfect until I kept getting pushed back on the delivery. I am noticing that that closing time is getting closer so I messaged the driver, which changed at least twice and got no response. I waited to see if the delivery would come but another **-** minutes went by. So I called the driver. I was informed that they had just arrived and that the restaurant was out of my items and they were closing. I was advised to cancel this order and was surprised to see that I would still get charged. Unacceptable! How are you charging people for your delivery person mistake. I am very recent customer only * orders and this is not a way to make me keep using your services.
GetHuman-irisdaye did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
