Clear my daughter's record with So that she can uenpostmates ... My daughter has been unable to use postmates due to a mix up in Nov ****. She had used my Amex card to order food and I didn't recognize the charges and contested them. When I found out they were my daughter's charges I paid in full. Since then , despite a call from Amex, you have refused to let my daughter use your services. I just spent an hour with Amex going over the issue. For some reason they will not put in writing that the charges were paid in full but they will do a * way conference call with you, me and them. That requires, however, that you provide me with a ph. No.. you have made this situation all but impossible and I am beyond frustrated by the way you handle your business. In order to finally clear this situation up, could you please provide a phone no?
They have already been notified that all of her charges have been paid in full. Amex would like to confirm this on a three- way phone call but postmates seem unreasonable in not providing and phone number this I so aggravating and has taken uphoursnof my time
I want postmates to provide a telephone no so that we can have a three-way conference call wit American Express.
All of my bills are paid in a timely way which means I am a good customer as is my daughter
