Help with my Postmates.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-suzylera's own words
I made a order Friday night from Taco Bell total was **.** witch I see on my bank account. Then * items were missing. The freeze front and one order of the fries. I reported that but to date have to receive a response. Now I se a charge for **.** from your company not a hold buy a charge ?? For Taco Bell I think not!!!!! I want a explaination why your company would charge so much for Taco Bell and or why you putting large sums charged in addition to the actual charge. I want my money back and I want the money back for the Taco Bell order. It was late and it Elena’s missing items. It was messy and cold and I think your company needs to be reported to the attorney general for making unauthorized charges. It’s really fraud what your doing. I will post on Facebook if I do receive a response in ** hours
