I have already complained about service twice and asked for two refunds based on the fact that I had canceled my orders and I never received them I was told I could not to get refunded because it had been past ** hours however I didn’t even know I was charge so why would I contact you if I didn’t even know that I was being charged I just got onto my bank account and noticed a charge for $** and I did not sign up for that I need a refund immediately
