Help with my Postmates.com issue

I ordered a shake and some churros from Jake in the box and my postmate told me they were out of chocolate shakes so I asked the postmate to ask if they had Oreo and then the postmate told me they were out of all shakes, so I told the postmate to not get the churros and just disregard the order. They responded back with “Already got them” so then I asked if there was a McDonald’s or something near by that they maybe could stop at to get a shake that way I could complete my order.. they literally responded back telling me to just get a new postmate to deliver it to me via the app.. not once did they offer any sort of solution or help me in any way. So I just asked them to cancel my order from their end that way I wouldn’t get charged the cancelation fee since they weren’t willing to do anything whatsoever to help. They then told me they didn’t have the option to cancel it and I absolutely had to cancel from my end. I then googled to see if they were lying to me. And they were. So I called them out on them lying and they responded telling me to cancel it and just call y’all in the morning to get a refund. They were extremely rude. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with this sort of thing and it truly makes me think extremely differently about postmates and their business. I was charged the entire amount of the order including delivery fee and never even recieved my order.
GetHuman-bradirpe did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
