The issue in GetHuman-sublee's own words
I canceled for deliveries today and now I cannot use the app until tomorrow. This is unfair as I’ve sent several emails to customer service and have never gotten a response. The first issue is that when I’m notified that there is a delivery it will informed me that it is such and such miles*distance away and then when I accept it, The pick up is much further then it says initially. The second issue which has happened several times is that I am not paid the correct amount for the wait time for many of the deliveries that I’ve done at least * to * a day. For example three days ago I did a delivery in which I had to wait for over ** minutes and I was only paid for * *** minutes of waiting time. I reached out to customer service and have not yet received a response. Another issue that I’ve been having is when I go to the location to pick up the food either the order was canceled by the restaurant because it was slow and I was never informed, or somebody else had already pick the order up and I was not informed through the app.
GetHuman-sublee did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
