The issue in GetHuman-alinaja's own words
Postmates held a "temporary authorization fee" on my account of $**.** for my $**.** meal, over TWICE the amount of my meal. I got two sandwiches and two drinks from Subway. I have bills to pay soon, I was hoping I could get something for dinner tonight, and now I can't because Postmates charged an unexpected, unnecessarily high amount of money to my account. This is something that needs to be fixed. What if I didnt have $** in my account? Every single time I've used Postmates beforehand, they've charged me an extra $* for the temporary authorization fee at the very most. $**.** is an absolutely crude amount of money to be drained from my account for days for two sandwiches and two drinks from Subway.
GetHuman-alinaja did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
