Ordered for the first time (just came to Salt Lake City) and after being notified that order was ready for pickup, received this text ** minutes after confirmation of order:**“Sorry, your Postmates order has been cancelled. The merchant is temporarily not able to accept orders.”**I had cancelled dinner reservations deciding a relaxing dinner at home would be nice and of course by then, the reservation was gone. **Trying to send a comment to your customer service (which is very well hidden), received another email saying that it didn’t go through! I eat out frequently and was looking forward to using your service ... heard good things from friends in other cities, but *NOT IMPRESSED! **Why did it take ** minutes and why is your customer service contact information so difficult, if not impossible, to access? As a business person of many years, I can’t believe you are successful in other communities if this is the way you treat your customers.
