We were on vacation in Santa Monica staying a a backside hotel, ordered food from postmates ...food truck. I received an email one item we ordered was not available and to change the order which I did and resubmitted. When the food was delivered the item was not included but i was charged for it. I submitted a request in the app as soon as it happened and a month later I still have not been refunded.
GetHuman-jajuziem did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
