The issue in GetHuman-austinew's own words
Hi! My husband order through postmates at *:** PM for two burgers at Burger UP. Everything went through and gave us an estimated delivery time at *:** PM. At *:** we get a notification that our order has been cancelled and our card has been charged. I'll call Burger Up (because Postmates does not have a customer service line) and the manager says that this has never happened to them before and that you all use a third party. She accommodates our order and says it will be ready in ** minutes for pick up. I read about why an order is cancelled by postmates online and it says that you disable the restaurant temporarily because they could not fulfill the order. I went on my own app the restaurant was not disabled and i called the restaurant and it was not their fault, they were able to fulfil our order. This is a miscommunication and fault on your company. I'm extremely disappointed, I hope to resolve this issue and be fully reimbursed the charges made to our card. There are a lot of delivery options Nashville, we trusted Postmates and have been completely let down.
