Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-joehyslo will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-joehyslo can let us know if they help or not.
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-joehyslo may need:
Account holder name, Email address on the account, Phone number, and Billing address

Att: Customer Service ... It makes sense that you don't have a customer service phone * that way you can hide behind your email when you give bad service and not really deal with it. I sent the email below and you responded by giving me a $* credit??? Your Driver text that they were outside my door at *:** and didn't show up for another ** minutes so my food was sitting in his car for an hour and it was beyond cold and inedible. They were all soft shell tacos and the grease and sauce had soaked right through them and turned them to mush. We could not even microwave them not to mention they had a sour cream sauce and tomatoes in them which would have made them even more soggy. I want my money back $**.** for this order that we could not eat as we ended up eating Hot Pockets that night. I also wish to cancel whatever membership I signed up for that would give me Free Delivery and Pro-rate that refund as we do not intend to use your service again. Please respond that you have received this and will take care of my issue and close me out as a customer. - Thank you**Below is my original email to you*I can’t believe this has happened again with your company but this time it was even worse. At *:**pm I got a text that my Postmates Driver David was at my door so I go to the door and look outside and no David. I go back inside and after about ** minutes I go to your website to see how to contact you but there really isn’t a way so after about ** more minutes my wife decides to heat up some Hot Pockets. Right about the time the microwave goes off David shows up at my doorstop *:**pm. I asked him why he showed that he was at my door ** minutes ago and he just said “I’m really sorry about that”. I asked what happened and he said “I don’t know” so I said, what do you mean you don’t know, considering the almost ** drive from Salt and Lime and my house plus another ** minutes of him driving around and he just said “I got turned around a few times”.**So we opened the food and as you can imagine with Mexican food it is ice cold and the tortillas were so soggy from the grease and the sauces that they just fell apart…. inedible garbage now. Oh … and a little icing on the cake was they forgot to put in the extra $*.** Side of Habanero Salsa that I ordered, not that it mattered at this point.**There is NO WAY I am paying for this order and you guys really need to figure things out or your business is not going to last very long. I typically use DoorDash on almost every order but there are a couple restaurants that they do not have that you do represent but I guarantee you I could do without them especially when the food arrives the way you seem to bring it.**Extremely disappointed customer.
