I am dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. I voiced a complaint my email which was the only means I could find. I placed an order on ******** due to my time constrant and having to be ready for an event. I placed the order at **:**am and by **:**am it stated my order was being picked up. Over an hour passed and the time continued to change. I got no communication regarding what was going on. And hour passed and it still said my order was being picked up. I emailed customer service three times and got no response back. My order ended up being delivered around *pm I believe. The postmate ended up telling me once she dropped it off that the restaurant wasn't online and told her it would be ** minutes for the order. I just feel my experience of waiting an hour and a half with no communication and the fact Postmates has never responded back to my multiple complaints. It's horrible that I have to search Google on how to contact you guys and when I do the only means you have available I am left feeling like my issue isn't important to your company.
