The issue in GetHuman-obramson's own words
We ordered from Boqueria at *.**pm under the name Miranda Bramson for delivery to ** east **th st. The app said expected delivert was *.**pm. While following delivery online it appeared that the delivery was outside our building for over *** hour. We received the food at **.**pm and the food was room temperature. In addition we are missing two items..the Artichoke and chorizo...we would like a full refund of the $***.** cost immediately. Thank you, Oren Bramson
