I ordred food from the postmates app on my phone. My order was from Shake Shack. I received my order of * assorted burgers and * fries but no shakes. I had ordered * at $*.** each. When I received my order I didn't realize the mistake till after the delivery person had left. Despite no condiments or napkins, I went ahead and tipped and rated him generously. *At this point I was not able to contact him. The number on my phone was the generic robo type call and did not put me through to him. The most perplexing part of this exchange is that the reciept that was in the bag did not list the price or the shakes whatsoever. My visa card has not been refunded or my account credited. The price of the entire purchase was $**.** this price would include * shakes. I have tried sending emails with no response other than the pop up that says I will receive an email or text.
