This was my first experience with this service. Do to the food items I ordered not being ready, for over one hour wait, from an already dela*** response in order beIf ready, the driver cancelled the order. I am not able to access the cancellation on my part, currently. I tried before, but was told I would have $** charge. I need to receive a confirmation that the charges did not go through, nor the cancellation fees applied. The driver, in my opinion, was impatient and disrespectful to myself(the customer). In addition, the app was unsuccessful at aiding me to the progressive steps. Future specialized customer service would be greatly appreciated.
I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
