Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-seantean will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-seantean later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
When first using the Postmates app I was going to except my first order but it said order cancelled so I was pressing buttons to exit the current screen and I accidentally pressed “I picked up the food” when I never picked up the food then I cancelled the order but the Postmates app still think I received the food now it won’t let me deliver.
GetHuman-seantean did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
