Good morning,**My name is Tainabelle Joseph. I am I postmates fleet worker and yesterday I completed my incentive but only see * deliveries in my account. I had several issues with the app my entire time working. Every single order that I accepted a message popped up stating “sorry this delivery is no longer available”. I had to restart the app and my phone several times and my battery was full and service was excellent. I am not sure if there was some sort of glitch but I am extremely disappointed and feel a bit cheated. I worked so hard only to somehow come up short when I know I completed the * deliveries but I don’t see that reflected in my account. Can someone please contact me at your earliest convenience because I worked very hard for the $** and I barely even made $** in almost *.* hours. I would greatly appreciate it if I were at least given the difference as a courtesy since the app malfunctioning is not my fault. **Thank you,*Tainabelle
