I received a message telling me my account can be deactivated for not delivering meals after pickup. My issue or concern with the matter is postmates need to review situations more before attempting to hold employees accountable for customers actions. The customer had double ordered and when I went and picked up the items the restaurant informed me of the double order I contacted the customer who then decided that the order was a double and needed to be cancelled. This situation is not my fault and should not fall on me nor should I received a message of deactivation of my account when clearly it wasn't on my part. There needs to be a better one of communication between postmates and their employees rather than assumptions that the employee is at fault.
