I placed an order and immediately cancelled. The order had only got accepted and wasn’t being prepared but my card still got charged. According to your cancel guidelines it says that the order should be a full refund. They wouldn’t even have the time to start the meal before I cancelled, it was literally within a min from when I pressed order. So to fix this, I would like a full refund. I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
