Hi, I received a charge for **$ from Postmates. I used the service one time and now this charge appeared. I have not used the services and would like a refund because I did not order or purchase anything. I spoke to my bank and they directed me to contact Postmates first and try to settle this incorrect transaction. My account is in a negative balance. I tried looking for a phone number to contact Postmates, but all I found is this. I hope this email goes to the right person. I appreciate your help with this.
I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
