Help with my Postmates.com issue
I placed an order at Tender Greens on ****** at **:** am. I received a delivery notification showing my order would be delivered at **:** pm. I waited and waited. The delivery changed to **:**. Then the delivery changed back to **:** pm. Then it changed to **:** pm. Then changed to **:** pm. My delivered never came. I cancelled my delivery. I'm really upset because I placed and paid for an order in hopes of receiving food. The food was not delivered at a reasonable time limit but and I am expected to wait for my your order until the driver decides to deliver it and I'm charged for it. What type of SCAM is this? I am requesting a FULL REFUND.
I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
