I live in Nashville TN. I’m an multi level apartment building with two garage entrance locations. As well as multiple call box location. We have used Postmates on many occasions and I can say we may have had a good experience twice!! We are constantly being charged delivery fee on top of leaving tips. Yet we always have to go and find the delivery people and come down to the garages or give them directions on how to get here. Again we live in the middle of downtown !! We work very hard for the money we make and we choose to use your company to give that hard earned money. I have a job where I am expected to provide a level of service that is expected by my clients. So I would expect the same courtesy when I am the client. Would you agree? Tonight we yet again used your company to order a food delivery. We got all the notices that food is on the way. We received a txt stating the driver was in the garage. My roommate advised he would come down to get the order and by the time he got in an elevator and went to the garage mysteriously no one was there ????!!!! He continued to txt the driver who never replied to him at all. Out order then stated it was delivered. We did use the app to advise of the problem and were reimbursed the payment. However now we are here with no food and a sour taste yet again over our experience. I would hope that someone at your company read this and realize how inconvenient and how upsetting such poor service this is. I am so tired of constantly being held to high expectations in my own job and then most companies don’t seem to expect that from their own associates. Why is that ?? Just some ramblings on my part I suppose. But I do hope you do better !!!!!!!
