Help with my Postmates.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-teekay's own words
I signed up for a free trial of Postmates Unlimited. I cancelled it, yet I was still charged for a year's worth of the service. When I saw the charge, I went to the app, and it showed my subscription as active, so I then cancelled it again. As I have not used the service yet, and I was only charged yesterday apparently, I would like a refund.
GetHuman-teekay did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
